Booking & cancellations
01 · ARRIVAL
Please arrive 5 minutes early. We work hard to stay on time, but a short wait between appointments may sometimes occur.
02 · CANCELLATION
You can cancel up to an hour before the appointment via the app, a message or a call to the team.
A client who doesn't show up, doesn't cancel in the app and doesn't notify the team is considered a client who doesn't care about our team's livelihood.
The shop allows up to 3 no-shows, after which the client is blocked automatically by the app.
